Earning the gold keys is a privilege, given only to the true concierge professional, one who is dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to their guests and their hotels. With global networking and continued education platforms, Les Clefs d’Or concierges can make anything possible.

By visiting this page, you have taken the first step toward achieving your goal. The golden crossed keys is a rite of passage for true concierge professionals. If you meet the criteria below, we encourage you to apply.

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age, of good moral character and active within their concierge community.

• Applicants must be employed by hotels and resorts having a current title of “Concierge” in a lobby setting.

• Applicants must have at least minimum three (3) years of experience as a hotel concierge.
